Summary

    DSR:

The DSR digital receiver provides the highest level of RF and audio performance available with a versatile feature set in a compact design. Settings can be made from the front panel, making the unit ideal for use in camera hop configurations, in bags and on sound carts. An RF spectrum analyzer and SmartTune are built into the receiver to alleviate interference problems in an increasingly congested RF spectrum.

The mechanical design of the receiver fits into the SuperSlot ecosystem and combines field-proven features developed over many years of experience in motion picture and television production. To decrease weight, the DSR provides a two channel receiver in one unit powered by external DC. The receiver is also equipped with an IR port for data transfer between units. The machined aluminum housing and panels are surfaced with a hard-anodized finish with laser etched markings to withstand the rigors of field production.

The RF gain stages in the front end use a newly developed design to provide low noise RF amplification, excellent sensitivity and extremely low susceptibility to intermodulation and de-sensitization.

    DSR FEATURES:

    • two independent channels, compact design
    • vector diversity for superior performance
    • latest generation of SR Series: compatible with huge existing ecosystem
    • compatible with D², HDM, Duet and DCHX Digital modes and all Hybrid modes
    • 24 bit/48 kHz digital for flawless audio
    • AES 256-bit, CTR mode encryption, with 4 different key policies available
    • analog and AES3 digital audio outputs
    • external DC powering options and USB input for firmware updates and data transfer

    DSSM:

The DSSM is the enhanced, fully digital successor to the SSM, while being IP57 rated for watertightness and offering dock charging capability.

The IP57 rating indicates that the unit is protected against dust ingress while also withstanding water immersion up to 1 meter for 30+ minutes - perfect for the most demanding work environments. All while allowing for quick battery swap-outs.

The DSSM is ideal for theater, TV, film and broadcast environments where concealment and water-resistance is required. The DSSM offers an extensive feature set and performance packed into an exceptionally compact housing, compatible with all current Lectrosonics digital receivers, including the DSQD, DCR822, DSR, DSR4, M2Ra, and DCHR.

    DPRA:

This unique digital plug-on transmitter design will ideally match any microphone or line level source via a standard XLR connector. The DPR-A can tune in coarse or fine steps across the UHF television band from 470.100 to 614.375 MHz, with a selectable output power of 25 or 50 mW. The purely digital architecture supports AES 256-CTR encryption for high level security applications.

    DBSM and DBSMD:

The DBSM-A1B1 and DBSMD-A1B1 digital transcorders were developed specifically for the needs of the film industry and offer time code jam sync capability. They offer hands free setup and adjustment using audible tones and can be put to sleep to conserve battery power during setup while buried inside costuming, then awakened for normal operation when the production begins. Other features include input gain adjustment in 1 dB increments over a 44 dB range and adjustable low frequency audio roll-off for 3 dB down points at 20, 35, 50, 70, 100, 120 or 150 Hz to control subsonic and very low frequency audio content. The transmitters also offer selectable output power of 10, 25 and 50 mW. A special high-density (HDM) transmit mode at 2 mW allows for ultra-tight channel spacing without concern for frequency coordination.
