The SX-R4+ 16 tracks portable recorder offers outstanding sound performances with a very high dynamic range. It has a very intuitive and friendly user interface based on a colour touch screen and uses a smart battery management system. It records uncompressed BWF files up to 192kHz on a redundant dual SD card system.
The SX-R4+ is very suitable for documentaries, fiction and music. With further add-on modules like the SX-AD8+ pre-amp extension or the SX-RC8+ rotary fader panel it transforms into a multitrack recorder perfectly set up for feature film recording.

There's a choice between 3 optional boards for the SX-R4+:
- input board for Sennheiser AMBEO VR MIC on DIN 12p connector
- multiple configuration output board on XLR5M
- Dante I/O board with PoE on RJ45
